Cheryl Johnson's artwork is inspired not just by her deep and fundamental sense of connection with the natural world but also by her need to represent her own internal states of being.

This Charlotte/Kauai-based artist creates custom powerful paintings that convey strength, vulnerability and an appreciation for beauty.
All of Ms. Johnson’s intuitive and beautiful works are originals including numerous series of mixed media on paper and large oils on canvas. The focus of her work is to create a strong visual continuity throughout. Cheryl has the ability to convey her inner life into her art and find pure joy in the colors of this magical world and is free to follow her interior muse in any way she wishes..
